Summer Vacation: I will not be teaching yoga July 6th through July 10th. I will be attending a NeuroSoma workshop and visiting Yogaville in the Charlottesville Virginia area. As it stands right now Paige Ferguson will be covering my Hanscom AFB classes, she will be doing Cardio Salsa, something new to try. Jean or Vinny will be teaching my Yogamat classes and I am still looking into the Ballys class.

Class Cancellation: Ballys Woburn club is closing and 6/18/09 will be my last class there. So I have removed it from the schedule.
